Board Nomination Submission

At large directors shall be representatives from their own respective company or organization.  For consideration for nomination, you must also have your own independent CPPC Membership in good standing.  

 

All At Large Directors will be elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting and shall hold office for a term of three years.  The terms of At Large Directors will be arranged so that approximately one-third of the At-Large Directors shall be elected annually. The members of the Board shall, upon election, enter into the performance of their duties in office until their successors shall be duly elected.

Are you aware of any Conflicts of Interest that would prevent you from serving on the CPPC Board?
Have you read and understand the CPPC By Laws and Policies pertaining to being a member of the CPPC Board?
Have you read, understand and willing to sign the Code of Ethics Document required to be signed by a CPPC Board member each calendar year?
Do you understand, acknowledge and are willing to commit to the time needed to be a member of the CPPC Board?
