Settled Claim Files
How long do we need to keep settled/closed hard claim files? We are looking to clear older hard files kept in our records management area. Since I started in 2022, I have uploaded all claim account documents digitally. 3years? 7 years? Thank you! Litsa Wethern

Hey Litsa - Just signed on and saw your post. 3 years from what I know as far as non financial. Financial I believe is 7 years. Hope you are doing well.

We really liked the passport idea from last conference, where people would visit all the different company tables to collect stickers. We'd love to see something similar to that again for the 2027 conference.
